Free Health and Vaccine Clinic

This is a drop-in event! Please remember to bring your vaccination card with you!

Health Services Include:

• Foot and Wound Care
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Blood Sugar Checks
• Pre-register with Faith by calling 802-868-2559 or emailing at faith.dubois@abenakination.com.

Vaccines Include:

• Flu & Covid Vaccines - 6 months to 64 years of age, with or without insurance. (Also available to those 65+ WITHOUT health insurance!)
