You are welcome to email in your application with all of the needed items to info@abenakination.com or mail in your application and all of the needed items to 100 Grand Ave, Swanton, VT 05488.
**Any cards issued before 2016 should be updated with a new card due to some changes.**
**If you have had a name change, address change, etc., please update your application.**
Please include these items with your application:
(If these items are missing, we will be unable to process your application!)
– A copy of your Birth Certificate, Driver’s ID or Student ID,
– A clear 2″x2″ photo,
– A self-addressed stamped envelope,
– A $20 processing fee.
We will need to collect a $20 fee for the processing of applications and issuance of Tribal cards. This money will go directly into Tribal funds for supplies such as ink and card stock. The processing fee is non-refundable.
**If you would like a Hunting and Fishing application, please make a notation on your Tribal Member Card application!**

VT Hunting and Fishing Application
If you are interested in applying for a free Vermont Hunting and Fishing License, please include a notation at the bottom of your Tribal Membership application. The Tribal Membership Manager will need to fill in and sign the appropriate section of the Vermont Hunting and Fishing application once you have been approved for a tribal card. We will then return the signed form back to you along with your card. You will then need to submit the VT Hunting and Fishing application to the state to receive your license.
